A Green or white Perodua Viva kidnapped MCA Youth Chief from Kuantan Division. His daughter age 8 at their home in Kuantan she was playing outside the house. Just happened in front of him and b4 his eyes. Suspect wear cap and suspected is a chinese. Alert! Pls help
